By the end of the process you will know what shades, shapes and details help you look your best.

You get style and colour analysis with both the Gamine and Queen packages. The primary consultation is done via video call. I will write a detailed style-guide personal to you. You receive this by email. You also get a link to your own Pinterest board to help you better understand your look. I add in advice on planning your wardrobe and setting a realistic budget so that you can get better value from your clothes by buying less and wearing more.

The complete-service 'Queen' offer includes a colour swatch of 'your' colours + advice on combining them. The colour swatch can be bought separately for £35 + postage. The Queen package also includes 3x feedback sessions where you send me images of different outfits / items and I suggest why they do/ don't work for you. Additional sessions are £35 each. You also receive basic pointers on make-up and hairstyles + a full list of shops where you are more likely to find clothes that work for you. (Worth £20).

Once you have signed up then I will be in touch and ask you a few questions by email to get an idea of how I can best help. You will need to send me 1 or 2 photos of your face. Smiley ones work best. During our video call – we will work together to identify which types of colours best suit you and briefly discuss your over all style and preferences. We will gently assess your body shape in a way that feels safe and comfortable to you.

I will then write a style guide specifically for you. I also offer a Pinterest board to help you get a visual idea of your ‘look’. If you opt for shopping support then I will give you feedback on photos/ videos you send me of purchases and outfits. This can really help you learn more about how to create the look in real life.

The style consultation itself takes around an hour. The whole process usually takes around 2 or 3 weeks from you sending me your photos to receiving your completed style guide. You will be able to start using the information from our video call straightaway. You can then build and explore at your own pace.

I offer extra support with shopping and outfit building for an additional fee of £35.

Knowing which styles work best for you will save you money by eliminating shopping 'mistakes'. No more buying clothes that you never wear. You will get far better value from every item you buy as it will be right for you and will work with the rest of your wardrobe.

We will also look at wardrobe planning and budgeting. It is very possible to look utterly chic on a tiny budget, once you know what you are doing.

Many people are so enthused by their new understanding of style that they want to rush out and experiment. I encourage you to start with what you already have in your wardrobe. Maybe make a few small purchases to begin with and build from there.

Confidence in how you look can be a great springboard to all kinds of new beginnings in work, relationships or family life. Women in their 40s and 50s are often going through a period of change. But my approach can work for any woman wanting to feel more confident in their appearance and their life.

I only work with women because I do not understand men's clothing. I don't have the knowledge to help in that area.

Take what is most useful from your style guide and consultation and leave the rest for now. You will be given a LOT of information and it's easier to play with small bits of it first. You will see near instant results. But the full value reveals itself over time as you start to feel more confident in how you look. Eventually you will simply put on clothes, feel great and then forget all about how you look and get on with powering through your life.

If you feel finally that you get no value from working with me then you can ask for a full refund within 3 months of receiving your style guide. No quibbles.

Gamine is from a French slang word for 'kid'. It is used to mean a woman who has a boyish,youthful, playful air about her.

Queen references a more sophisticated, womanly demeanour.
